Juandalynn Freeman-Sankey is the Teacher Advancement Coordinator with Clinton City Schools who supports teachers with high quality professional development and teacher leadership opportunities. Additionally, Juandalynn leads the teacher advisory group, facilitates the continuing accreditation process, and helps to create instructional alignment in her district, region, and state. Juandalynn is also an adjunct instructor in the Education Department at Sampson Community College.
She is a strong advocate of hands-on, inquiry-based learning and involves students in a variety of problem solving and technology infused activities. She has spent her entire career nurturing and fostering relationship with her students and peers.
Juandalynn was recognized as a 2017 – 2018 North Carolina Burrough-Wellcome Teacher of the Year finalist and has been appointed to Governor Roy Cooper’s first Teacher Advisory Committee.
Juandalynn holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Elon University, teaching license from Fayetteville State University, and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University. She is currently working on her EDD in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in K-12 leadership.

Wendy Dixon has 20 years of teaching experience. She is a graduate of Fayetteville State University. She specializes in mathematics. She is employed by Clinton City Schools.
Velicia Evertt has 13 years of teaching experience. She received her bachelors in Accounting from Garner Webb. She specializes in mathematics, word problems, and computer application skills. She is employed by Clinton City Schools.
Tutor-Science and Social Studies
Hollis White has 15 years of teaching experience. She earned her History degree from East Carolina University. She specializes in World and American History, Civics, science, test taking skills, and reading. She is employed by Clinton City Schools.
Paula Barnes has 3 years of teaching experience. She received her bachelors from Fayetteville State University. She specializes in Spanish. She is employed by Clinton City Schools.
William J. Sankey Jr.
Pastor William J. Sankey Jr. has over 40 years of pastoring, counseling, and mentoring. He attended Lawson State College, University of Alabama, and Birmingham Baptist Bible College. He is the Pastor and Founder of Reborn Ministries and the Owner of Safarec Music Company.
Marcus Wiles received his Sport Management and Communications degree from Elon University.
